RESERVATION FAQ
How can I book my transfer?
From our homepage, you can either use our reservation form or browse between the available cities. Can I add, remove or make changes to my reservation (for example: pick-up time, number of passengers, pieces of luggage)? To ensure the best possible service, please contact us for any change to your original reservation regarding schedule, passengers or luggage because you may need a different type of vehicle. To modify your reservation, please refer to the next FAQ.May I cancel or modify my reservation?
You may change or cancel your reservation anytime, but before the driver departs for the agreed meeting location. If you wish to change or cancel your reservation before 48 hours from your scheduled arrival, please email or call us and we will be glad to assist you. For any assistance required within 48 hours from your scheduled arrival, please call us directly using the number shown on the email we will send you a few days before your arrival.PRICE FAQ
Are your prices per person or per car?
Our Prices are ALWAYS per car, not per person.Are your prices fixed and all inclusive or I will have extra charges?
Our prices are fixed and all inclusive. There are NO HIDDEN OR EXTRA CHARGES (for example for diversion or traffic jam).
What about tips?
The quoted price is all inclusive and tips to the driver are not mandatory, but, if the service we provided you is satisfactory and you wish to tip the driver, please do so.PAYMENT FAQ
Why the driver asked me to pay after the transfer, if I have already provided credit card details at time of booking?
The credit card you provided during the booking process was requested just to guarantee the reservation. It wasn't charged and that's why the driver asked you to pay for the service you received. On request, you may ask to pay in advance (be sure that you specify this requirement onto "Comments and instructions" field of the booking form).What about payment? How and when do I need to pay for my transfer?
You have two options: you may pay directly the driver after the transfer or you may pay in advance (on request). The credit card we ask you to put down when you book is needed just to guarantee for the reservation.Can I pay in advance?
Yes, of course. If you want to pay in advance, please specify it in the "Comments and instructions" field you will find in the booking form.LUGGAGE FAQ
What about additional luggage, I didn't mention during the booking process?
If the luggage amount changes, we ask you to notify us because you may need a different or larger/smaller car and also the price of you transfer may need to be adjusted. Am I able to carry large items such as wheelchairs, bikes, ski or scuba dive equipment? We ask you to specify it on the reservation form because you may need a larger car to transport these or other larger items.MEETING LOCATION FAQ
Where am I going to meet the driver?
Usually, the driver waits for you in the arrival area right in front of the airport's exit doors and will be holding a sign with your name on it. A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with the exact meeting location point.What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Our local manager monitors all flights and all the time. In case of a delay or a cancellation, he will reschedule your reservation in order to make sure that one of our drivers will meet you upon arrival.What happens if I cannot locate the driver?
You can call the local dispatch phone number indicated on the confirmation email we will send you just a few days before your arrival. Our lines are active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we will be glad to assist you.How long is the driver going to wait for me, while I pass through immigration and custom gates?
The driver will wait for a maximum of one hour after the aircraft's actual landing time. The driver will call you on the mobile phone indicated on the booking form. Only if the driver is not able to contact you, he will leave the agreed meeting point location. If you have problems while clearing customs and immigration, collecting yourluggage or filling-out a lost baggage file, please call us on the emergency phone number supplied via email a few days before your arrival. Am I going to share the car with other people?
No, you will not have to share your car with anyone else that is not specified on your reservation form. All our transfers are private.What about infant or child safety seats? Do you provide them?
Yes, child seats are available on request and are free of charge to most destinations. Be sure to specify the children's age during the booking process in order to allow us to provide the proper seat.Instant quote
